Thank you for participating in the 2025 UNFI Spring & Summer Show | West January 21-23, 2025 at the San Diego Convention Center in San Diego, CA. We're looking forward to seeing you at the show!
Here you will find everything you need to successfully exhibit at the show. We've included the most important and pertinent information from the ESK below.
Use these labels to ship your samples and display items to the Capital Conventions Advance Warehouse or directly to the show.
Note: Perishable and frozen goods CANNOT be shipped to the Advance Warehouse. Perishable and frozen goods MUST be shipped directly to the show.
Due to UPS's and FedEx's delivery scheduled for the January 20, 2025 observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Direct Shipments to the San Diego Convention Center may be received beginning on January 17, 2025. An updated Exhibitor Services Kit has been update on the Digital ESK site below. The updated Direct Shipments delivery window is now January 17-21, 2025.
As before, please note that ALL shipments, whether to the Advance Warehouse or Direct to the Venue, are subject to Materials Handling Charges. A Credit Card must be on file with Capital Convention Contractors for shipments to be delivered to your booth.

Any space that is not claimed and occupied three hours after official show open at 9:00a on Day 1, UNFI may resell or reassign your space without obligation on the part of UNFI for any refund whatsoever.

Food Donation
Help us reduce food waste and feed the community of San Diego County by donating your excess food and beverage samples to Feeding San Diego, a partner of Feeding America.
Any remaining food and beverage items left in your booth at the end of Day 2 (perishable and non-perishable) should be placed under the table in your booth so volunteers may easily pack them.
