In-Store Deli Prepared Foods represent 59.1 percent of Deli sales. Entrees, Salads and Sandwiches make up about 26 percent of the total In-Store Deli sales.

The Prepared Food Categories are:

• In-Store Service Deli Prepared Chicken - 15.90% of sales
• Rotisserie Chicken - approximately 39% of sales.
• Fried Chicken - approximately 22% of sales.
• Chicken Appetizers – Wings/ Nuggets/ Strips/ Tenders - approximately 21% of sales.
